The Hotel is located in the base of panoramic Tokachidake moutains ranges.
The building is covered by Biei' bread stones and it provides comfortable spases in the Hotel.We provide a free breakfast which uses Biei's ingredients.

Is it really full, if it is shown as × on the website?
There is a still possibility that we have a few room which we do not sell on the web. Please ask us.
What time is the check in & out time?
The check in time is 15:00. The check out time is 10:00.
(It depends on the plan which you take.)
Lay down with baby & extra bed.
There is no charge if the kid is under 6 years old and sleep with parent's bed in the same room.
We could put the extra bed with extra charge if you wish.
Can I use the internet in the room?
Yes, you can use it all the room.
Please connect the free Wi-Fi. If you need to connect wired ethernet service, please ask the reception staff. You could rent the cable.
Is there cancel policy?
It incurs cancellation fee from 1 day before check in date.(There is different terms for groups of 15 or more)
Cancel 1 day before check in date, you will be charged the 20% of the room price.
Cancel the day check in, you will be charged the 80% of the room price.(In case unannounced cancel, you will be charged the 100% of the room price.)
What is the connecting room?
It is the 2 rooms which is connected by another entrance. You could go in & out by using another entrance. We have several connecting rooms for family and groups.

Is there a parking lot?
Free parking is available in the open-air lot next to the roadside station "Hill-no-Kura" on your right when you look at the hotel in front of you.

Can I buy a souvenir?
There is a roadside station Okanokura which is connected by a pathway.
There are unique menue as ice cream made by Biei's milk, croquette made by Biei's potato, most popular dish as Biei curry udon, and lots of types of local gifts.
Can I rent a wheelchair?
Yes, you can.
We only have 1 wheelchair. Please make a reservation.
Can I stick the beds togather?
No, you can't.
